Orders are shipped across India, and shipping costs and timelines may vary depending on your location.

• Ready to ship pieces are usually packed and dispatched within 5-7 days of your order.

• You'll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is on the way.

• Custom orders are made on request, and timelines will be shared indiviually based on the nature of the piece.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Returns & Refunds

Each piece is handmade with care, and due to the fragile nature of the ceramics, all sales are final. This includes both shop purchases and custom orders. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged

Despite careful packaging, if a piece is damaged during shipping:

• Please email a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.

• Requests made after 24 hours cannot be processed.​

I'm happy to remake the piece for you. Please note:

• Shipping costs for replacements are the customer's responsibility

• As every piece is handmade, it may take a few weeks to recreate and dispatch your item.
