Returns & Refunds Each piece is handmade with care, and due to the fragile nature of the ceramics, all sales are final. This includes both shop purchases and custom orders. If your order arrives damaged Despite careful packaging, if a piece is damaged during shipping: Please email a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
